Sommar Clark is a real estate professional with Keller Williams Realty Wellington. A 40+ year resident of South Florida, her previous experience as a teacher in the Palm Beach County school district provides clients with a unique perspective on how neighborhoods feed into the various school systems. This experience combined with her dedication to transparent communication throughout the process has been instrumental to her reputation within the community as a trusted real estate professional.

In addition to her professional contributions as a teacher, Sommar has geared a portion of her real estate practice to others of service to the community as well. Happily married to a captain in the fire department, Sommar understands the lifestyle needs that men and women of service have when considering their real estate aspirations. For this reason, she has taken more of a white-glove approach to the process and provides extra attention when advising her clients to buy, sell, rent and invest in Palm Beach County.

After being a South Florida resident for over 10 years, then graduating from The University of Central Florida with a degree in Political Science and Marketing, Shayna has indulged in her passion for helping individuals by being a trusted real estate professional.

Prior to joining The Clark Team and Keller Williams Wellington, Shayna worked as a Leasing Agent for a luxury apartment complex in Orlando, Florida. During this time, Shayna assisted individuals with finding a home that catered to their specific needs and guided individuals through the complete leasing process with transparent communication.

From her prior career, she has established excellent customer service and efficiency. Her diligence to help clients combined with her knowledge in real estate makes Shayna a vital key to supporting her clients with their real estate needs.

Eric Clark is a native of Palm Beach County and brings a deep-rooted connection to the
community and a passion for serving others to his role as a Realtor. For Eric, real estate
isn’t just a profession; it’s a calling that runs in the family. Inspired by his mother’s
unwavering commitment to her clients and her community, he embarked on his own
journey in the world of real estate. Guided by her example and armed with a passion for
helping others achieve their homeownership dreams, he is dedicated to upholding the
same standards of excellence that have defined his family’s legacy in the industry.
Upon high school graduation, Eric attended Barry University and is both a state licensed
EMT and fire fighter.

With a background rooted in public service as a first responder, Eric approaches real estate with a dedication to integrity, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to his clients’ needs. Whether it’s guiding first-time homebuyers through the process or assisting seasoned investors in finding lucrative opportunities, he prides himself on delivering personalized service and exceptional results.

Jennifer began her journey in real estate over 25 years ago. Managing the transaction and having a positive impact on others’ lives is what Jennifer is most passionate about.

Her knowledge and experience with the contract and settlement process continues to prove invaluable to her clients. Her belief is the client deserves the full service and attention that only a team of experts can consistently provide. Her passion for real estate is apparent through her excellent communication skills and her warm friendly approach.

Jennifer enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband of 20+ years who is a firefighter and her amazing son who is very involved with his love for horses, church and playing guitar. For over 10 years Jennifer has continually been nominated and appointed as a board member and treasurer of a small homeowner’s association.

Chelsea relocated to South Florida in 2019 and is originally from Dallas, Texas. She received her degree in Marketing from Southern Methodist University.

Prior to joining The Clark Team, she worked as an Executive Assistant at an Urban Planning firm in West Palm Beach. She was essential in securing major contracts with Palm Beach County, the Village of Wellington and the City of Palm Beach Gardens. Along with managing all County & State licenses and lobbyist registrations required for staff members.

Her previous experiences in technology, finance and design make her a vital asset to The Clark Team.
