We’re here today at Healing Hand Spa. We’re going to go inside and talk to Candace the owner and find out what it’s all about. Come on. Hi, Candace. Thank you so much for having us today at your beautiful spa. Why don’t you tell us a little bit about what the three main services are that you offer?
Candace:
All right. So we have massage, we have skincare and stretch. Stretch is a fully assisted program. We do everything for you and you leave flexible.
Shayna Lurie:
What do you think separates you from other spas?
Candace:
We are not corporate, so we don’t sell a membership here. We do sell packages, but they’re interchangeable. Your husband can come, your wife can come.
Shayna Lurie:
Right.
Candace:
We don’t charge extra for that. The other thing about us, is we’re like a family here. It’s an experience from the moment you hit the door to the moment you leave the door. It’s not really a service that we’re selling. It’s what you get once you’re here. I spent the last two decades working with my hands and this has been a brand new project. So I really brought everything that I learned that worked. And I left everything out that I learned in the different places I’ve been that didn’t work.
Sommar Clark:
I can tell you put a lot of thought and effort behind all your branding. Tell us how you came up with that.
Candace:
The branding goes back all the way to the very beginning of my career. Everything in here was extremely strategic, including the coloring and the logo itself.
David Rosenthal:
You did a great job.
Candace:

So Candace, tell us where can people find you in person or online?
Candace:
In person, we’re located in Isle Verde Shopping Center, which is well known for Total Wine. We are on Google, most of our clients find us on Google. But we have Instagram, we have Facebook, LinkedIn, pretty much anywhere and everywhere.
David Rosenthal:
Okay.
Candace:
Chamber of commerce, I’m a part of that.
Shayna Lurie:
